After our workout today,  my youngest daughter and I had lunch at our favorite spot.  I had a fantastic soup, with cabbage, carrots, green onion,  mushrooms, and spiced tofu. She had a beautiful salad,  and we shared a pot of Moroccan Mint and Cardamon tea. 

There's nothing like the feeling of doing things that are healthy for you!

Plain Fage Greek Yogurt, Bananas, Dried Cranberries, and a drizzle of Raw Honey- so much better for me than ice cream!
